We currently collect and process names and email addresses. The personal information we process is provided by you for the purposes of being notified of shop openings. The information that you provide is used by us solely for that purpose. 

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information is your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by emailing info@jackiewrightceramics.co.uk and stating that you wish to unsubscribe from our mailing list.  

Your information is securely stored on a password protected stand-alone computer. We will keep and store your information until such time as you contact us to state that you wish to unsubscribe. Should you choose to unsubscribe, your details will be deleted from the computer on which they are stored.

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

  • The right to ask for copies of your personal information

  • The right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information that you think is incomplete.

  • The right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have on month to respond to you.
